You may use AIDanceVideo only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to process.
Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the Service to create, edit, facilitate, or distribute:
- pornography, sexually explicit or erotic content, fetish content, nudity intended for sexual gratification, or any other NSFW content, including content involving consenting adults;
- graphic violence or gore, including torture, mutilation, dismemberment, exposed organs, severe injury, corpses, or bloodshed presented to shock or glorify violence;
- child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or grooming or exploitation of minors;
- non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or credible threats and harassment;
- deceptive impersonation, fraud, phishing, malicious political manipulation, or fabricated evidence presented as authentic;
- content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
- instructions or content that materially facilitates violence, self-harm, malware, credential theft, or other serious wrongdoing;
- unlawful hate, discrimination, or exploitation;
- biometric or other highly sensitive profiling without valid legal authority and consent.
You also must not scrape or overload the Service; share, resell, or transfer accounts or credits; bypass model safeguards, rate limits, payment controls or access restrictions; probe systems without authorization; or introduce malicious code.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected violations to [email protected] with the subject line “AUP report.” Include the relevant URL or task information, a description of the concern, and whether anyone faces an immediate safety risk. Do not attach illegal content, private download links or credentials.
Reports may require additional information and review. We do not guarantee an initial response or resolution within a fixed timeframe. This contact address is not an emergency service. Urgent protective action may be taken before a review is complete.
Enforcement
We may reject inputs, block outputs, remove content, reduce access, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, and report conduct when required by law or necessary to protect people or the Service. Serious child-safety content is prohibited without exception and may be escalated to relevant authorities where legally required.
