Generation credits

These credit rules apply to dance-video generation. When an accepted generation fails before AIDanceVideo stores a usable output, the system automatically attempts to return the credits charged for that task.

You can cancel a task only before provider submission, while it is accepted, moderating or queued. An eligible cancellation returns the credits charged. A task already submitted to the provider cannot be canceled through this pre-submission cancellation flow.

Credit refunds are idempotent, so retries cannot create duplicate credits. A successful output is not refundable merely because its style or quality did not match a subjective expectation.

A credit return restores the task credits; it is not a refund of a card payment.

One-time Credit Packs

Credit Packs are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew. Credit Pack credits are valid for one year after purchase and then expire. Buying a Credit Pack does not start or upgrade a subscription and does not unlock Pro or Ultra account benefits. An entirely unused Credit Pack may be eligible for a full payment refund if you contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Packs with any consumed credits are normally non-refundable. If a refund or chargeback is issued, unused credits from that purchase are revoked. If purchased credits were already spent, the account may carry a Premium credit debt and generation may be paused until it is resolved.

Subscriptions

You can cancel renewal from your Account page or, when available, the Waffo Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period; it does not automatically refund the current period. Subscription payments are normally non-refundable once monthly credits have been delivered or used. We may approve refunds required by law or for a verified duplicate charge or billing error.

How to request review

Email [email protected] from your account email with the Waffo receipt or order ID, purchase date, and reason. Do not send card numbers. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control. This Policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
