Are generated videos watermark-free?
We have not verified that every Fast and Premium result is watermark-free. Preview your result before sharing it.
What happens if generation fails or I cancel?
Eligible failed, rejected or timed-out tasks return the credits charged. Cancellation is available only before provider submission. A credit return is separate from a payment refund; a technically successful result is not refundable just because you dislike its style. Read details.
Does canceling renewal refund my subscription?
Cancel renewal from Account or the available Waffo Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period and does not automatically refund the current payment. Read details.
Can I download my video and how long is it saved?
Completed videos can be previewed and downloaded as MP4 files. Creation expiry is calculated from task acceptance. Plan changes can update expiry, and exceeding your creation limit can remove older creations. Download videos you want to keep. See the account storage benefits above. Does the current dance include music?
The current Dime Dime Baby dance produces a silent MP4 and does not include the BbY WOW recording. Add only audio you are authorized to use.
What’s the difference between a subscription and Credit Packs?
Subscription credits refresh each monthly cycle and include plan benefits. Credit Pack credits last one year, but never change your plan or account benefits.
When does a plan change take effect?
Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes start when the current paid period ends. Other upgrades and monthly-to-annual changes usually take effect immediately after payment. Within 24 hours of renewal, changes start next period; changes close one hour before renewal.
How are annual subscription credits delivered?
Annual plans are billed once per year and deliver credits in 12 monthly cycles. Unused subscription credits do not roll into the next cycle.
