AIDanceVideo Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ai-dance-video.com and the AIDanceVideo dance-video creation service (the Service). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. Generation requires an account. You are responsible for account activity and must keep your access secure. Do not share access, automate account creation, or evade credit limits.
2. The Service
AIDanceVideo accepts a source image and uses third-party AI models to create a short Dime Dime Baby dance video. AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to material produced for others. We do not promise that an output is unique, error-free, suitable for a specific purpose, or free from third-party claims. Review every output before relying on or publishing it.
Models, credit costs, limits, processing times, and features may change. We may temporarily limit or suspend a model for safety, capacity, provider, or legal reasons.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain any rights you have in uploaded images and generated videos. You grant us a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the user-visible Service. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to upload and process the content, including permission to use the pictured person's likeness.
We do not claim ownership of your output. Your ability to use an output may be limited by applicable law, third-party rights, or the terms of an underlying model provider. Purchasing credits or a subscription does not by itself clear those rights or provide an unrestricted commercial-use license. Before using a result in advertising or other commercial content, verify the permissions that apply to the photo, likeness, reference material, output and intended use.
The current service produces silent videos and does not include the BbY WOW recording or a music license. Add only audio you are authorized to use. AIDanceVideo is independent from the original creator, the artists, TikTok and CapCut. See the Privacy Policy for third-party processing and data handling.
4. Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited activity includes unlawful content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, malicious automation, infringement, attempts to bypass security or credit controls, and use that harms another person. We may block content or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the Service.
5. Credits
A Free account does not include generation credits. Generating a video requires enough credits for the selected mode. Current generation costs are shown before submission. Subscription and Credit Pack prices are on the Pricing page.
Subscription Premium Credits expire at the end of their monthly credit cycle and do not roll over. Premium Credits from one-time Credit Packs are valid for one year after purchase and then expire. Premium Credits granted through an administrator adjustment expire one year after they are granted. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not a stored-value account.
Each Credit Pack is a one-time purchase and does not automatically renew. Buying a Credit Pack does not start or upgrade a subscription and does not unlock Pro or Ultra account benefits. An entirely unused Credit Pack may be eligible for a full payment refund if you contact us within seven days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy.
Credits are charged when a generation task is accepted. Credit refunds follow the failure and cancellation rules in our Refund Policy. Refund attempts are idempotent. Dissatisfaction with a technically successful output does not by itself qualify for a credit refund.
6. Subscriptions, payments, and taxes
When checkout is available, Waffo processes payments. Subscription plans renew automatically for the selected monthly or annual billing period until canceled. Cancellation stops renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period. Annual subscriptions are billed annually, while subscription credits are delivered in monthly cycles. Prices are in USD. Displayed prices include applicable taxes.
Payment refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Waffo's checkout and customer portal may be subject to Waffo's own terms.
7. Storage and deletion
Your browser keeps up to eight recent dance-video tasks for 24 hours from task creation, along with limited pending-task recovery metadata. These browser records are separate from media stored by AIDanceVideo and from My Creations. Uploaded source images have a separate retention period, currently 24 hours. Saved creations use the account's applicable creation limit and expiry, calculated from task acceptance; a plan change can update retention, and exceeding the limit can remove older creations. Expired or manually deleted media may be permanently removed and cannot be restored. Files you have already downloaded to your device are not removed by AIDanceVideo's retention process.
Manual creation deletion queues asynchronous physical removal; it does not erase every copy immediately. An account deletion request disables access immediately, queues media for deletion and cancellation of subscription renewal, and schedules profile anonymization after a 30-day operational and fraud-prevention period. Provider-side retention and deletion follow the applicable provider terms. Some payment, security, and audit records may be retained when required for legal, tax, chargeback, or security purposes.
8. Intellectual-property reports
If you believe content processed through the Service infringes your rights, email [email protected] with your contact details, identification of the work and content, the relevant URL or task information, and a good-faith explanation. We may request identity or authority verification.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access for material or repeated violations, fraud, abuse, legal demands, risk to the Service, or nonpayment. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion from the Account page.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, or output quality. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Our total liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law does not permit that limit.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email when reasonably practical. Continued use after the effective date of an update means you accept the revised Terms.
